TONY WHITE
Tony White is a retired Pro Triathlete that is now sharing his knowledge and experience. He started as a swim coach at the age of 23 and progressed to a USAT level 1 coach by the age of 26. After 11+ years of experience, he has worked with athletes with many different goals. Some were looking to qualify for Kona, the Boston marathon, or just finish a 5k. Whatever your goals are, let me help you get there.
Tony grew up playing just about any sport that his school offered. He eventually focused on running once he got to college and kind of fell into the sport of triathlon because of a running injury. After finding success early, he decided to focus on triathlon for a few years while competing as a professional. As a Professional, he earned 30+ podium finishes at local and international events all over the World. After an 8 year career, he shifted focus to mainly running. He's chasing his lifetime goal of running a 2:25 marathon.
